I ran across this the other day and thought it was perfect for our series on improving online conversions. The graphic below illustrates several very common reasons for losing customers. It is important that you remember – if you lose a customer the first time there is less than a 1% chance they will return and make a purchase from you. Keep that in mind when you are looking at this list and playing Devils Advocate.
