After executing a nine-month digital marketing campaign for the Whatcom County Library System (WCLS), we more than doubled their annual goals for total circulation and cardholders, increased digital circulation by 86.5%, broke the record for most new card sign-ups ever in one month by 26%, and increased social media followers by as much as 160%. The campaign also garnered WCLS three national marketing awards, including the prestigious John Cotton Dana award. Download our case study to see how we did it.
It had been decades since EdCC's last rebrand. Their identity was outdated, student pride was low, and each department had created their own in-house logo (with flagrant abuse of clip art). After executing multiple stakeholder surveys and focus groups, we presented a modern brand identity that better reflects the college’s inclusive culture, innovation, and diverse community. The finished product included a comprehensive brand guide, athletic logo, college logo, and mascot.
We revamped Tacoma’s economic development brand, giving it a new name, logo, style guide, messaging, and website. The brand’s visual identity embodies Tacoma’s welcoming and vibrant personality, while also communicating that Tacoma delivers—they make positive things happen for businesses and for their community. The website offers interactive functionality to help entrepreneurs and investors find the information they need, including a property search tool, city comparison tool, and downloadable checklists that help generate business leads.
We created a new brand and website designed to encourage economic activity in Whatcom County and showcase the community as welcoming and business-friendly. The name and logo help cement Whatcom County as a destination—a place where businesses choose to grow and relocate. Likewise, the website features easy navigation, friendly, yet informative messaging, and a series of business testimonials and videos that showcase real success stories throughout the County.
